In the event that there is a gold coating colour issue, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. Make sure to keep all damaged items with you for your warranty claims as you will not be eligible without proof of jewellery. Your item must be purchased from luisaluxe.com. Mystery products and free gifts are not covered under our warranty.

- Pearl Discolouration

- Silver tarnishing from normal wear and tear
- Scratches from normal wear and tear
- Build up on top of surface of the jewellery
- Damage from misuse of the jewellery or improper storage
