Yes! All of our jewellery is nickel and lead free, hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin if you are not allergic to the product’s listed materials.

The jewellery will not immediately rust when exposed to water, however we do recommend removing all jewellery before swimming, showering or bathing, especially in salt water or chlorine. Even though our plating is made to be very thick and durable, this will ensure that your plating lasts for as long as possible with minimal to no tarnishing.

We recommend regular polishing of your pieces using a dry microfibre polishing cloth or one of our specialised jewellery polishing cloths and storing in original packaging in a cool dry place.

Luisa Luxe has a strict returns policy, to check you meet the criteria please read our returns policy carefully. You must return product within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any type of earrings due to health & safety regulations, so please choose carefully. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, Luisa Luxe will gladly exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with our Refund process. Please make sure to do this within 30 days as we cannot refund or exchange after this time.

Luisa Luxe pride ourselves on providing a higher quality statement jewellery. All our items are tested to ensure you can wear your favourite pieces over a longer time period however all metals will naturally oxidise over time and do require maintenance. You should be able to wear your jewellery for more than a year without seeing any change in colour, providing you follow our care guide.
