Each piece is made to order specific to your charm choices, please allow up to 5 business days for your piece to ship.
There are 3 main sizes - small, medium and large. We recommend sticking to mostly small and medium charms if you are making a bracelet or necklace with multiple charms. You may like to incorporate a large charm as the focal point of a necklace or if you are only adding 1 charm to the necklace. Make sure to check the description of each charm to check it is suitable for your Charm Bar piece and our charm size guide.
Charm Bar pieces are considered custom product, as each piece is custom made with your chosen charms, and they are not eligible for a return or exchange so please choose your chain and charms carefully.
Yes, if you have a specific preference for the charm order, please include this clearly in the order notes section upon checkout. If you do not leave a note, our team will place the charms based on size, weight and aesthetics.
Yes! This service is exclusively available in person at our market stall at Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets as well as online. Get in touch with us via Instagram @luisaluxe to make sure we will be there on the day you are visiting!
Yes absolutely! You can purchase charms individually and each one comes with a jump ring to attach it to your chain. The best tools to use to attach charms are small jewellery pliers that can be purchased from our website or at most cheap stores for a small price. You simply use the pliers to open the jump ring, link it through the chain and close the jump ring with the pliers again.
All stainless steel metal is malleable and there is a chance the jump rings could shift position or bend open with wear and tear. You can close them yourself using small pliers. You can also purchase replacement charms individually with a new jump ring to add to your charm piece yourself.
